Any way to buy a Samsung in the U.S.?

I just read some info about Samsung laptops, and they look amazing. I went to the Samsung site for more info, but it says that Samsung laptops are NOT AVAILABLE in the United States. Bummer.

Is there any way to get one in the U.S.? Or are they really not available here?

I couldn't recommend Dynamism. I actually talked to a guy there and placed an order for a Samsung. It was an X60 that was supposed to be released by now. He stated that he would keep me up-to-date on the arrival date and that I would have it before the 1st of March.

I was concerned about the resolution and I was emailing him trying to verify that the resolution was WXGA+. He kept saying he would check on it and get back to me. Finally, he just stopped replying all together and I think the X60 has been removed from their website. I have never heard from them one way or the other again!

My experience with them was less than satisfactory and I would not recommend anyone deal with them. If they are not interested in making a sale, then how good can they be when you need support.

My opinion, stay as far away as possible.

Sorry, I figured that meant that he paid for it and everything.

Hmm, quite possible, I don't remember reading that.

What's the story jjfcpa? Did they scam you?

I provided a credit card and all the necessary info to make the purchase. They were supposed to let me know when it was ready to ship. Never got the call or any kind of follow up. I've emailed them numerous times with no response.

So, I never got scammed, just very disappointed with the service that I received after hearing some good things about them. Guess what I heard was wrong...

Hmm, this is intriguing, I was planning on buying an ultraportable from them, but I suppose I should look around a little more.
