Pinmod success in a 910GML Express chipset!!!

I just upgraded my Celeron-M 1.5ghz 400mhzFSB chip to an Intel 1.6ghz 725 with a 2.13ghz pinmod!

The Intel site says that this chipset only supports 400mhzFSB, but it still worked.

I had ordered a 725 1.6ghz chip before even realizing that I had the 910 chipset instead of the 915, and was bummed b/c I thought I had just wasted a $100. Decided to try it out and it worked flawlessly.

In fact, when I set NHC to Max Performance it stays steady at 2.24ghz, stable!

Woohoo!

EDIT: Scroll down for a screenshot.

2.24 GHz on a 1.6P-M?
Funnily that would be 560 FSB.
Sounds like a nice hoax as long as I don't see evidence for this.

Sorry for the cramped desktop...

That dip in the middle of the graphs is just from me messing with the NHC settings...

Nice to see the chip I sold you works so well.

Whoa...that FSB is beyond a normal pin-mod...WTF? Can you Prime it stably? And get a shot of CPU-Z too if you could.

As requested (haven't gotten a chance to run Prime yet):

Well Windows is identifying the chip as a 133 FSB (2.13 GHz) which is what we would expect. The other programs though are identifying it as a 140 FSB which shouldn't be possible. I'm wondering if the 910 chipset is throwing off these programs.

Just out of curiosity, what pins did you short?

What's the memory bus speed running at?
