The specs of the system are in my sig below. I have updated the video driver to 84.12 found at http://www.laptopvideo2go.com/forum/...showtopic=8953. Now even with the games optimal settings i get a glitch...quite often actually. Ive uninstalled the game and the problem still persists. Is it becuase of the new driver? Please help it really is a pain looking through a scope and gettin a "freeze" right as you are about to shoot. Im runnin an FX-60 and the 7800, I shoudl'nt be having these problems..thanks

Does it unfreeze ? I don't have CoD but you can try setting the nVidia CP for the Vertical Sync to be "ON" and see if that works for you. I had to do that for BF2 prior to the Patch 1.2. No harm in trying...

yes it unfreezes immediately...but the temp freeze is annoying...how do i go about doin that suggetion?

control panel->display->settings->advanced->GeForce Go 7800 GTX->Performance & Quality Setting->select Vertical sync-> uncheck Application Controlled and move the slide to "On"

Let us know how you go with this.

Also did you use the Driver Cleaner Pro after you uninstall "Nvidia" ?

And you dropped the laptopvideo2go inf file into the 84.12 directory ? Also, use the 84.20, it seems faster and give that a go.

Simply uninstall your current nVidia drivers, reboot, download and run Driver Cleaner v1.5 and clean up for nVidia, reboot, then install new drivers and reboot once again. Best way IMO. And use more up to date drivers, the ones you have atm are quite out of date, give other ones a try.
