Connect LCD to VGA out of e1705: White shadows on text

Hi, ok so i had an old 17inch which i hooked up to my E1705 vga out.

It was ok, but text on gray background had a white shadow on the right of it.

I figured "must be the crappy 17incher".

So never mind.

Then my dual 2005s come.

I hook 1 up to the VGA out, and 1 up to the DVI out.

Same thing! The vga out monitor had a white shadow on the right side of the text (usually visible on dark gray background).

I thought "Don't tell me my 2005s faulty!"

So i switch dvi / vga cables. Same thing! The side with the VGA out has a white shadow on the right of the text..


Anyone with a LCD hooked up to VGA out have this problem?

When do you notice it? If you're using word, or say the black text on the gray backround of the forum?
