So i called today to get the status of not one but TWO seperate orders...
The first being my laptop.. which was ordered March 2... they said should ship out by or on friday.. yay
The second.. my Mp3 player (i want to see what its like) which i ordered on March 10th and paid for it with my Visa card..... now.. what i want to know is this:
I paid for my laptop with Alienware credit and it has to be hand built.. i can understand why that would take time... what i dont understand is when people order the Mp3 players on there personal credit cards does it really need to take a week to send it out? When they gave me the status of the Mp3 player they said it should ship on Friday.. i asked "are you sending it with the laptop?" and they responded "no they will ship seperate" I dont get why it takes them so long to Process any type of order no matter how big or small or how you pay...
