WLAN a+b+g

I just got my system back from Alienware a few days ago. I had to wait on a replacement ac adapter, but now I'm trying to get this thing back to 100%. I rely heavily on my wireless network, and so far, my WLAN module can't find any networks, even though it says it's operational, and my Dell lappy right next to it can find 6 or 7 networks easily. I have since narrowed it down to the system radio switch? Which the WLAN utility says needs to be turned on. I keep right clicking and telling it to turn on the system radio switch, but it won't. Is there a hardware switch on my 7700? Or is it software?

Tried AlienRespawning it with no luck. Tried different drivers with no luck.

yea whenever u get a machine back from the depot n it had a wireless card on it, AW disables it for the tests..
