Usb / Pci

I don't know what it is but I installed all the drivers that came with the laptop but I still get a PCI Device that seems like it's not working. Image below

Also, two of my USB Ports doesn't seem to be working with my mouse. I had two of them to work and the other two doesn't even respond to my mouse. I was wondering if that uninstalled PCI Device make a different. The USB that's not working is one in the front and the other in the back. I need some major help!!

Isn't that you Bluetooth or your TV tuner?

Ummm I didn't order bluetooth OR TV Tuner... I doubt they'll accidently put it in and like I said, I installed all the CD That was provided to me

Unlike the TV tuner, i thought Bluetooth comes with the system and is not an optional extra.

I forgot to say that an easy way to check if it is bluetooth is that you can use Fn+F12 to turn the BT module on and off.

If it is 'on' it will show in the LCD panel at the front. Try turning it off and see if the yellow ? isappears if so then you know its the BT driver missing.
