Having problems with Built n Camera BisonCam.

Having problems with Built n Camera BisonCam. Gives error box mesage; Sorry, you have no video capture hardware. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling bisoncam drivers .. checking USB properties in device manager.Nothing. Guys have any ideas ?

Turn the camera on by Fn f10 first. i had similar prob. then realized I forgot to turn it on. Hope it helps

I just had a similar prob when I received my used 5710 in the mail. Same error message and no cam in device manager. I pushed the fn/f10 with no results. I uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers with no results. Finally I was about to give up and I just uninstalled the drivers for the last time when I hit fn/f10 one last time and VIOLA! the camera on the front display lit up! Woohoo! So I reinstalled the drivers and rebooted and it works now.
