Hi,

Googled M1710found this, looks like some lucky git got one to test Interface Modules(?)


Anyone live nearby??

(Would drop by myself but 5k miles is a bit much....)

All that means is Patrick Lee of O2Micro received a test unit of each of the new modules that is using an O2Micro Card Reader in them. He tested to make sure their hardware and software operated to the company spec and standards spec for module approval. This is a part of the testing stage.

Since it was updated Feb 28th 2006, and it's the first hint of the testing stage... expect a few more months.

Doubt it. put a 7800gtx into my xps gen2 a month ago, and it plays f.e.a.r, BF2 etc.flawlessly, and I think 6 months down the line it won't be too far off the mark performance wise either.

When I have to play the latest games at mid/low settings, then its off to the knackers yard.
