NVidia Drivers, High Performance or High Quality?...

What do you guys set your NVidia Driver Performance Options to when playing games?...

Obviously you want High Performance when benchmarking, but what about games?... Is there any visible different between high performance and high quality?...

Cinders.

high quality!!
Does not tax your performace too much but does offer better visuals.!
I mean we have a card that can handle it.

The BEST setting in terms of a visual quality to performance ratio is the plain Quality setting. The visual quality is virtually indistinguishable from High Quality, but the performance is better. I recommend using Quality for everything BUT benchmarking, where High Performance would be the best to squeeze a FPS or two outta your card .

Whats the point of benchmarking in high performance if you want to play in quality? Unless you are a hardcore overclocker trying to get into top10 3dmark scores or something it doesnt make sense to me.
