T30 Fan Noise

I have a T30 that I've had maybe a year now and the fan noise has become unbearable. Has anybody else had an issue with this particular model or does this happen in a lot of T-series machines?

Will replacing it with a new fan (46L4753) fix the issue?

I would dissasemble the heatsink and apply as5 first.

Got a 30 and zero fan noise....not sure on that one man...
