Many have expressed that they feel that they are lied to. I can't defend on that. It is something that needs to be looked into. Hopefully AW's QA also monitors this and takes the time to address senstivity issues encountered by customers.
I am happy with my purchase, and my experience with Alienware has been a positive one. So I do what I can to help here and maybe even help AW in the process.
