I purchased this system from freqeunt Anandtech/Hardforum user TJMaxwell on January 24, 2006. He purchased it new at release from Gamestop. I have a copy of the invoice which he sent me proving that is under their REPLACEMENT warranty until 12/8/2006.
I have used it very little since I have recieved it from him. Neither one of us have experianced any lockups.
The system is in like-new condition, we both took excellent care of it.
It comes with everything the Premimum package has plus-
-1 year warranty
-Play and charge kit for the wireless controller
-SE Microsoft Media remote
