Go 7900

I did a quick search on these forums but it turned up nothing. What I would like to know is will there be a go 7900 gt/gtx video card coming out, I would think they would release one but I haven't seen any news which would indicate that. If you can shed some light on this that would be great...

No. Not ever. nVidia clearly said that they will stop making new graphic chips for notebooks. The 7800 Go GTX is as high as it's ever going to be! Sorry about that ol' chum!

No, I can't. It just common knowledge that the forward march of technology has come to an end!

Actually, it's gotten so bad that tech is getting worse! The nations top scientists estimate that in ~50 years we'll all be using our feet as brake pads a-la-The Flintstones.

Although, just to be fair to all the nay-sayers out there, some other people believe that every 6-8 months like clockwork for the last 10 years new stuff has been released. It's almost like the changing of the seasons ("ah!! what's this white stuff that's falling from the sky?!......oh it's snow!......just like whats happened every year for the LAST 6 BILLION YEARS!.....yet I'm still surprised when it happens!").



Ok, I gotta stop playing around with the new guys...................

umm. the 7900 in notebooks will come out June, not sure what that rubbish further on up is about!
