Caps Lock Weird????

I can turn the CAPS LOCK FUNCTIONALITY ON...by pressing the caps lock key. However, when i want to turn it off, hitting caps lock again does NOT shut it off...it does nothing.

The only reason i figured out how to shut it off was because i accidentally hit the shift key...EITHER shift key shuts off caps lock.

Why is this?

That's cool...

Anyone know how to fix the problem though. That's just avoiding the problem.
