Hi,

wud juz like to ask smt...y issit that when i plug in my headphones into my notebook...e speakers on my notebook still continue to have sound??

isn't it supposed to be whenever a headphone is plug in...the notebook speaker will go mute??

pls advise...thanx alot

hey, if you find out how to still have sound with headphones plugged in please send me a PM as I have exactly the opposite prob. I want to have sound out connected and internal speakers working same time. you could have a look at the advanced settings in the system controll - sound and speakers

its actually very simple, you will have to open the realtek hd audio manager and choose either headphones or line out. that is if u have plug into the jack and they will let you choose either one. Try it!
