touchpad question

Thread Starter
hey guys,

i recently installed the new touchpad drivers and i got a nifty new option of being able to use the touchpad to go back and forward within folders. the problem is that i can't use the touchpad in the same way for firefox. is there a way to make it work for firefox as well?

No, use right-click B or get a five button IntelliMouse

Firefox has 'Mouse-Gestures' Extension, but never could find a quick B/F with it.

does your touchpad software have a "hotspots" feature? like you tap in one corner and it can emulate a keyboard command? if so, just make upperleft corner "alt+left arrow" and upper right "alt+rightarrow"

On "Gestures" page (same as B/F for IE) you can assign any corner for choice of:

Auto Scroll
Easy Launcher
Easy Capture
Middle Button Click
Shortcut Menu
Run

So, you could use 'Run' to open a folder or program file
(choose from .doc .est .gdb .htm .iso .reg or .xls) and
write a 'program' for "Alt+left arrow" and "Alt+right arrow"
but need someone who could write 'program' for that.
