Considering a Fujitsu Laptop, best place to buy?

While considering a Fujitsu laptop I wondered is it best to buy directly thru Fujitsu or is it ok to shop around thru stores like newegg etc...

Are most of my options gonna be thru Fujitsu or are there aftermarket stores that will build what I want the way I want for less?

Also if I buy one thru say newegg and it clearly states a policy about having 7 or more dead pixels to be considered bad, what is the policy if I were to have bought thru Fujitsu directly?

Thanks alot for any input or help or links to who sells Fujitsus with possible custom configurations...
