Acer Aspire 5004WLMi Bluetooth

I bought this last week and it has the bluetooth button on the front, but whenever I turn my phone on and try to link it with the PC, nothing is happening. The help function tells me to go into control panel and click on the bluetooth devices icon, but I don't see one in there. When I was in the store, I had the salesperson connect my phone to the floor model so that I knew it really was bluetooth compatible, but now at home I cannot figure it out...

Any help?

I have a 5002wlmi with no bluetooth, but there is a bluetooth button on the front, next to the wifi. Is your button lighting up blue? I only assume it would light up blue, or light up some other color.

might be either faulty, or a software issue, use the recovery disk to bring it back to factory settings, and try again, if that fails, then take it back for a replacement
