Well the cooler was supposed to get cut this week but the Laser went out on the CNC machine and had to order a new one. hopefully next week.
I have way more than 20 people on the list now so this is what I'm going to do. Once I have pictures to show I will notify you (via E-mail, send me a PM if you haven't already w/ your E-mail) start taking Pre-Orders via my secure RC Website (accepts CC, Paypal, MO). This will help cover my costs for the Hubs, fans, Cables, and Coolers (all but coolers already purchased) and also Secure your place in line for the first 20 units. If those sell out fast I will turn around and quickly do another batch. Remember I'm not a company doing this, everything has been done out of my own pockets.
I also got the hubs in and it looks like they are 2.0 hubs for those that were worried.

Warranty as far as what??? You don't have to hook the thing up to your laptop or anything. The most that could go wrong with the cooler is a fan dies or a hub dies. Both easily replaceable by the end user and I will help all that I can if there is a problem. In otherwords I can't have a 24/7 support desk sending advanced replacements if things fail, I'm just a 7700 owner on a mission.
|This may be too much to ask, but is there any way you can create an air filter of some kind to catch all the dust that gets caught up in the fans (and the path to the 7700 fans?) I'd like to try to keep mine cleaner and was wondering if you could come up with some sort of easily cleanable/removable filter to collect dust. Again, just an idea.
What exactly do you suggest?? I think to design something with a filter may cost too much and also restrict airflow, but if you have some ideas (maybe a link to fans that have them prebuilt I will look into it. Unfortunatly I don't have thousands of dollars to R&D a filter system on top of my current costs.
