Im reinstalling win xp ???'s

I did the reformat, and now am installing the operating system, it went through and did all the other stuff, but now i feel it is loading up all the bloatware crap again as my screen is blinking at me saying it is loading applications. Is this normal, or is it reloading bloatware?

can you be more specific? what screen are you at ? are you using the dell cd?

all the bloat ware should be on a different disc, if you are loading just the Operating CD it shouldn't have anything else on it but XP

yeah the dell disk, right after the usual xp load, the system restarts and then come up with a blinking screen that says loading applications, do not touch any keys, and may take up to 30 minutes to complete.

when i had my xps it did the same thing and i was worring that it was insatlling all the crap but it did not. This was the first time installing MCE so that screen might just be part of MCE.

yeah i think you are correct, I just finished doing it all, no bloatware, and 6847 on 3dMark05. Think I'm good to go.
