I know this probably belongs in another forum, but the AW section is the only place anyone knows me.....

Had Taser training today, and took a shot with one. I feel bad for anyone I may have to use this on....

Make sure your speakers are on, the sound is the best part LOL, mild language warning.

Ha-ha, don't you have to go through the mace as well. Thought you had to taste both. Buddy of mine just made sheriffs dept and had to be mace'd and stunned, I went with him and died laughing. We have a dog training facility here, the stories I could tell about the use of convicts in the training is funny as hell. Congrats and good luck, protect and serve.

I took pepper spray about 6 years ago, then had a security guard at a college nail me with it by accident instead of the suspect I was wrestling with. The taser is a LOT more painful, but you recover instantly, unlike pepper spray, which is a 20-40 minute recovery time.

Gee fella's other than the pepper spray, mace and tazers, how was your day?

I've never experienced any of that luckily, hope I never have to.

you seen the vid of 3 cops who link arms and get tased, and everyone of them gets pwnd, all you see is them huddling each other once they start to get tased, it is really funny, and it lasts for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, that vid you link to is really tame in comparison to the 3 cops getting pwnd.

i just wish i was the dude tasing the cops

stick your finger into a empty lightbuld socket, then you will experience what it feels like, and I can tell you by experience, that you will never ever ever look at a lightbuld socket as just a humble lightbulb socket again in your entire life. the ones with the 2 prongs that light bulb pushes down is the ones am on about, cuz at least you have a chance to let go once the electricity kicks in, as its spring loaded, thus an easy get away.

you will take bats and guns with you whenever you feel like you need to plug in a lightbulb again...

trust me, it isnt a good pain it is fuxed up pain.

Ha-ha, back in the stupid days of mine a buddy and I were drinking a little heavy in his brothers basement that wasn't finished. Well we had just done the whole thing in science class on electricity. Next thing you know we are grabbing the wires and getting a hell of a jolt from the live wires. It doesn't hurt so much as make you tense up. It makes all your muscles contract (like making a fist), which leads to a hard time letting go. It was fun that night but to think of the possible outcome is bad. A bad heart and it maybe lights out for good, or if you couldn't let go, not good either. Well I learned yet another life lesson the hard way, lol. Sorry just thought I'd share some more stupid crap I've done that relates.

yea i said wallsocket to start with, but it was infact a lightbulb socket that never had a lightbulb in it, it was one of those make up mirrors with lots of lights around it, so i changed it from wall socket to lightbulb socket

but i can tell ya, i will never ever do that shit again, as you say you tense up and get a horrible feeling right across your whole body, it isnt as much sore as horrible.

Also done when i was young and stupid

over here its 230/240 volts, i dunno what 50,000 would feel like, but wtf, 240 was enough for me to never ever touch that shit again...

Hurts don't it!

But you haven't felt true pain until you get a pepper ball to a "vital" area
