This is a good thing right? They found something wrong and are correcting it instead of ME THE CUSTOMER getting a bum system. Is this normal?

I consider it a good thing - same thing happened to me. Shot to phase 8, then back to phase 5. Once arrived, the system has been flawless (m5500) - knocks on wood....

I went from Phase 3 to Phase 9 practically within 48 hours. I guess there is a part of me that wished that I had returned back to 5 ... a sense that the test was done and a problem found and licked ... so, it is a dang if you do and a dang if you don't ......... Good Luck on the machine when you get it ..
