I9300 Memory vs. E1505 Memory

Can anyone tell me, if the memory are the same between these two machines. I wanted to switch the size of the memory from one machine to the other. I have 1gig on the I9300 and 512mb on the E1505, and I wanted to reverse them around.

not possible I think. Inspiron 9300 uses DDR533 and E1505 uses DDR667 and if I'm not wrong, i9300 board doesn't support DDR667
