I have 2 sticks of Kingston HyperX 512MB DDR500 PC4000 to make 1GB dual channel. They both work perfect and have a Lifetime warranty. They ran great at pc4000 speeds.

With them I had my pentium 4 2.8 800mhz fsb at 3.5ghz and 1000mhz fsb and the system was 24hours prime95 torture test stable.

Zipzoomfly has one stick for $122 so for 2 sticks it would be $244!!
