2 versions of windows?

I reinstalled windows and now have to options at bootup for the same version. HOw do I remedy this?

Right click on your My Computer icon and hit properties. Click on the Advanced tab. That should get you to the 1st image. Then, click on Settings under the Startup and Recovery field to bring up the 2nd window. Then you should be able to edit the system list manually by hitting Edit and editing the TXT that will open, or you can do whatever else suits your needs in that menu.
