Read the bottom:

And you'll see that the D820 will be about on the same level of graphics performance as the D620. Both use TurboCache. Hopefully Dell will upgrade the graphics card options later like it did on the D800.

Precision M90 will be indeed 17". But for those worried about not having a decent 15.4" option, there will be a Precision M65:

Also, there is a Dell XPS M1710 laptop yet to come, so there is hope for those willing to have a good graphics card on the 9400.

I'd read it if it was in English...

Details on what the M65 will have as far as graphics go seem few and far between,I did come across a french forum where as far as I could make out they were talking about quadro 4500 256mb for M65 and 512 mb version for M90 but I don't speak much french so I could well be mis reading what they are really saying.
Will be a pity if they do put a Q4500 in it as I am unlikely to be able to afford it having a new much larger mortgage nowadays and all.
I would prefer dell to fit a midrange graphics option in their consumer model 15.4 [6400] like everybody else is doing, and asus are even putting a X1600 in a 14" even though it appears to be understandably underclocked a bit
