How can I tell which screen and battery are in my new refurbed Inspiron 6000? I believe each has 2 options. I can't find anywhere in the PC that talks about the specific properties.

I don't necessarily like how small everything is, but its OK. I tried to set it lower, but thought everything was blurry.
