Total Recorder, for about $12, can do that.

I tried Total Recorder, and found some system conflicts with it (can't remember what they were as it was quite awhile ago). I ended up using PolderbitS without a problem. If Total Recorder works for you, stick with it as it's cheaper, but if you have problems, I"d recommend PolderbitS.

hmm... pretty sure you can record all audio lines using audacity, which is quite free.... and legally free as well... and then with a codec export the file as an mp3... And are you sure Skype doesn't have a conversation recorder built in? An awful lot of programs like that do have the option, or the option to run a command in order to record it...

you can also split the out and in ports with a few adapters and have one outport for speakers or headphones and one go to the IN port then your mic to take the second port on the splitter. Sounds complicated but i have done it before.
you'll need:
-2 splitter adapters
- one AUX line

But if you can find software do that.
