New Omega Drivers

Hey, there are new Omega Drivers out... I've just installed them and am going to play some BF1942, just to see.

The installation went fine, and so far, no problems with BF1942, but I haven't done any excessive testing. Umm, snow in Blacksburg meant I was out playing UB instead of inside playing.

I wish the omega guy would release linux drivers as well. I still get artifacts in ET: RTCW. Not often but its a PITA when trying to fight a guy in the long grass. Anyway I will install the new omegas tonight and play some XIII to see how it goes.

Omega took it up an other notch with these 4.1. These look & run smooth on my 8890

Well, I still have the see-through ground effects, so we'll have to wait for the next (hopefully) Catalyst release to see any improvement in BF1942. These drivers definitely helped me run the Deus Ex 2 demo a little better, except for the stupid mouse problem, hehe. Overall, I really like these drivers, and the control panel, which is easy to use.

this sucks, the omega 4.1's didn;t work at all on far cry, sweet ass game, but no good with the omegas, doesn;t even run with anti-a on.
