| Couple of days ago hiberate and standby ceased working / being available on my T42. I have no response from Fn-F4 or Fn-F12, and standby / hibernate are no longer options on my shut-down menu. I reinstalled the power management drivers to the latest (v 1.33, I think?but it still doesn't work)...........my gf's is having the same problem. wont hibernate when the lid is closed. hotkeys dont do anything either. when going through IBM power management and "enable hibernation is clicked" it stays until i hit "apply". then it automatically unclicks itself. when going through windows is appears to stay. click "ok" and when i access the power manager again it has reverted back to previous settings. any answers yet? |
