I just bought a EX7 with the combo wireless/bluetooth card. I installed my os and then installed the base drivers, then installed Service pack 2. THen I tried to installed the wlan/and bluetooth drivers. the wireless drivers installed and it detected it when I toggled to it with the FN+F11 but when I tried to install the blue tooth drivers it said "please connect or make sure your blue tooth is turned on. There are no blue tooth devices found. I hit retry a couple of times then I toggled between bluetooth and wlan and that didn't solve it.. So I hit cancel. It installed it but when I go to the blue tooth configuration it says no blue tooth device found. Furthermore When I installed the drivers for the camera. It went through but when I go to thier program it says "Sorry, you have no video capture hardware" I called tech they told me to remove the keyboard and check the connections on the bluetooth card I check it was fine. Does anyone have any suggestions? In my device manager there are two usb devices with question marks. And they are probably the bluetooth and camera. Is pat around? I will probably call Hypersonic inhouse support too see what I need to do. I have reinstalled xp twice and followed the directions to the tee but no success.
