Who has waited the longest from Phase 0 - Phase 14

Hi Guys,

I would like to gain an idea of how long people have to wait for their order once they have made it. If poss state whether you purchased in US, CAN, UK etc....

See if we can build up a picture of what is happening. If it can help AW sort things out then it can only be a good thing.

Story so far

***** Orders below and upto the AW delivery time 10-15 working days

6 days (Robo-Kai - UK)
7 days (Me - UK)
***** Orders over the AW delivery time

17 days (Toddler)
29 days (Alienware 3.2)

***** Orders you would consider that you could take a trip to Mars and back before receiving your AW

10 Weeks!!! (Dean)

Damn you Alienscum!

I placed my order on Nov 25 and just received it on Friday (live in US). The first month was spent processing the paper work for that damn Alienware Credit Card. If it weren't for me sending constant emails requesting status, they probably never would have started to process my order. I found that if you don't stay on top of things, either will they.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that after waiting 2 months for my lappy, the brain surgeons at Alienware forgot to include a power supply with my shipment. I was able to milk about 2 hours out of the battery and now all I can do is stare at it. Talk about torture! Called today and they say they do not offer overnight shipping and will send one out ground.

Once I receive (if I receive) the Power supply I hope I'm happy with the PC cause this experience leaves much to be desired.

17 working days for me. Ordered on Jan 2nd, 2004.

Mine was ordered 12/11/2003 and Im only at phase 13. I changed it to Cyborg Green last week so it will take longer.

Ordered Dec 13th. They swear its gonna ship today, but so far I have no tracking #'s and the website says im still on phase 9. Just another lie...

For a change, also we can state the quickest. I don't know about any of you, but here [UK] for me it's 5 working days, excluding Sunday [or 6, but whatever, came in less a week].

Just because you got yours really quick!!!!!

So far

Quickest = 6 working days (Robo-Kai - UK)
Longest = 10 Weeks!!! (Dean)

BTW we need location as well so we know who performs the best as well

i ordered dec 20th money went through on dec 22nd, phase 13 on jan 23... and the told me it would ship out jan 23rd(friday) or ship out monday jan 26th.... i jus called them at 3:45 today monday and they said they still dont have the shipping numbers yet... sometimes their inconsistency is really annoying... i really just want the damn thing by this friday cause im coming home and it should be there waiting for me.

i ordered mine on the 15th......

but like dean said when you finance the paperwork takes a good week to 10 days tog et done, so im still in phase 1.... only good point to this was finding out what i do and dont want and making changes to myorder withoutit affecting my order time...

like nixing the itnernal wireless, and adding alienadrenaline
