Well, even if this is a joke, it would be nice to see some drawings for accessories & goodies for NBF members.

Contestants would pay a 50 cent entry fee via PayPal.
They have 3 weeks to send in their payment.
A supermod controls the PayPal account.
He makes a purchase from NewEgg.com.
The drawing happens, and the supermod sends out the product to the winner.
Yayeeee!
From the total of the entry fees a set amount (to be determined) is reserved for shipping the object, and another nominal set amount the sender gets to keep for the effort.
The winner assumes with his prize, the role of orderer, handler, and shipper, along with ineligibility.
The payPal account would still be held in trust of the supermod until the entry deadline, when he would send it to the new orderer's PayPal account.
This way, everyone takes turns bearing the pain in the ass responsibility of having to ship the product out.
If someone didn't come through with their responsibility, everyone would know immediately.
