I am not able to understand where is windows built in ClipBoard and how to use it? Whta are its functions? Does it need to be replaced with some good alternative, and if so what is the choice for that alternative( must be free).
I saw one option

Have anybody used it. I liked it as it was simple and small but it tried to phone home, so I uninstalled it.
There is an option of clipboard buddy but I don,t like it UI.
Any help wil be appreciated.( I use XP Home SP2)
