Why the P-M90 looks like XPSg2-m170 ?

i saw that picture and wondering why dell made the m90 chassis same as the xps m170/xpsg2, wasn't that specifically designed for XPS, what about te lights is it gonna have the lights too

Except for the LCD cover the chassis is the same as the 9300 and with slight modifications the 9400.

Because it IS an Inspiron, just tweaked up a bit. A fiasco in my opinion.
