Black screens in Call Of Duty 2?

I was just playing COD2 with settings at 1920x1200, AF enabled and 4xAA, and I kept getting a black screen come up. It happened 3 times in 7 minutes or so. This would only last for a fraction of a second before the gameplay resumed.

Is this artifacting? My graphics card is overclocked to 450 on the core and 1160 on the memory.

it might be artifacting..at 475/1250 i was getting the same thing in in cs:s..so i lowered my core to 465, and every thing is fine now. so try lowering your core 5-10mhz...and to tell u the truth, u could prolly go alot higher on the mem, and get better performance in cod2
