usb questions

im having some trouble with my usb devices in the back of my computer

every once in a while i get a message about a malfuctioning usb port... its the one where i keep my mouse and ive switched ports and still get the same error

should i call dell and tell them about it?

I would call them if I were you. I know a lot of people who have had similar problems and they never go away.
