Whoa, that baby can be outfitted with an NVIDIA® Quadro® FX 2500M 512MB. Anyone know how this compares to the 7800/7900?
Plus, it does seem to have a decent 17" screen: finally a non-glare 17" WUXGA!!!
I'll still wait until next spring for my next upgrade. I am waiting for dual-core, 64bit, 800MHz FSB Merom; 8Gigs of memory would be nice, too...
By the way, the 4Gigs memory under 32-bit Windows are a bit useless for a workstation-type system anyway. Windows doesn't use more than 2Gigs for applications by default, or 3Gigs with a special boot.ini switch, which often causes problems, in my experience...
