Toshiba Portege a200 disassemble

I have a Toshiba Portege a200, which is rare in the US. The harddrive is dead, and I am trying to replace, but I have hard time to disasemble it. Because this model is different from the Portege models in the US, I can't find any information about it.

Does anyone has an idea how do I replace the harddrive with this model?
