You'd think it would be that easy, but Alienware failed to let Fed Ex know (after I reminded them several times) that they were now shipping to a Work address. Therefore, Fed Ex figured, "Oh, it's not a home, and oh look! Business closed! I won't go in and have the guy sign for it."

I'm picking up my laptop at the sorting facility Tuesday at 9AM.

Who does business from Tuesday to Saturday?!?!?!?

I will never deal with Alienware ever again. I don't care how great their machine is, their customer service is terrible.

I gotta ask, is this THE BILL LEHECKA??? AFFIRMATION BABY!!! What are you going to do since the big man is leaving at the end of the month? Get a real job I hope

Yes, I finally did. I'm writing up a review with pics soon. I had to pick it up in some sort of ultra-security Industrial park.
