Dear Senior Members and Owners of Alienware
My alienware arrived 2 months ago and I am having one persistent problem.
My notebook crashes on me 2-3 times a day. Why is this so????
I have exchanged my Hard Disc with Alienware already and the problem still persist.
When i am downloading anything from FTP, for about 5 mins, my computer hangs. When I am transfering stuff from my external hard disc, my computer hangs. When I have it on for about 4 hours, my computer hangs.
I already have laptop cooler for my laptop and have it raised about 2 inches from the laptop cooler to cool it down even more.
I am using a P4 3.8GHz with 2GB Ram and running the Ultra 6800 Geforce.
Has this kind of thing ever happened to any of you guys here?
