Couple questions about my CX7.

Can I swap out the 7800GTX for something newer when they come out?

Can the warranty be transferred with these notebooks?

Hypersonic doesnt like to return emails.
If and when a new GPU is released that is compatible, we will offer it on the site.

If you would like to transfer the warranty, the original owner must contact Hypersonic and let us know that their has been a change in ownership.

Hey qbackin I will contact the folks at Hyper today and get them your information. You will probably have to contact them after that to finalize the deal or at least verify the warranty transfer status.

Also your rig (former) has been transformed! New paint is on and it is on its third clearcoat application. The Fluid XP+ is in the pipes and all the air has been bled from the system. She is looking wicked

Thanks I am getting all excited

I just installed the 550 watt X-Connect Modular power supply while home for lunch. Also got the first coat of paint on the rear of the front swing door. I am just going to go for one coat of paint on the inner lid topped by 2 coats of clearcoat since it will not be seeing much light anyways


She looks great all stripped out right now with her new flourescent green liquid cooling tubes and glossy black paint

Can't wait to get those guts installed

Hmmm. I didn't see the X-Connect 550. I just got the 500 with the green windows and the cool green cables. I love this power supply. 550w would have been cool as well.

I haven't done liquid cooling because I ahve been a bit scared to - but I think that is my next move. I need more green coloring flowing through the system. Right now, it is just the neons, the UV round cables and the power supply.

Also I just put a liquid cooling system into my accousticase c6607b case with a radiator mounted inside at both the front and rear 120mm fans. I was scared too but even after rooting around inside her connecting cables and wrestling with wire management issues the fittings hold tight and do not leak at all. So far my Opteron 165 Dual Core CPU (stock 1.8 Ghz) is at 2.4 Ghz and is only running at 34c and totally stable in Prime! w00t

Hey that looks pretty sexy. I like the green. You need a window with a laser etched alien on it like the one they have at frozencpu.com in the etched window section

Nah... I have a window with a Biohazard symbol etched in it. Works very nice. The symbol and the green glow.

So i am finding out I was going to buy a CX7 or EX7 but believe I will have to go with Sager. The poor support is why i am not buying another Dell.
