Touchpad Scroller; ways to shut off/turn on?

Thread Starter
So I tried to scroll down using the touchpad scroller but it seems to have stopped working. A few weeks ago to conserve RAM for Oblivion, I closed several Dell processes that were running in the background so I fear I might have shut this off. How do you turn the touchpad scroller back on? I checked in Quick-Set but didn't see it. Thanks to anyone who can answer this question!!!

You could always google the ones you turned off and find it that way. You might also just make a list and then selectively turn them back on until you find the right one.

You might just reinstall the driver/software too.

Yeah I updated my software and I noticed that there is a feature so that you can shutoff the touchpad when you plug in a mouse, I really like that option
