My Phase Game Complete

I ordered my 5700 on the 16th March online and later that same day phoned to confirm my order as requested in the confimration e-mail

My order was in phase 1 for 5 days although i called them after 4 to make sure my confirmation had been processed and they said it was slow to update and i was actually at phase 3

I was at phase 3 for 5 days again before going to phase 5

Then i was at phase 5 for....... 5 days AGAIN when i jumped to

PHASE 10 TODAY, TODAY BEING THE 15th DAY SINCE ORDER AND I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE SHIPPED IN 10 to 15 DAYS SO THEY KEPT TO THEIR SHIPPING DATE

Now i just gotta wait for it to turn up at my door..... its gonna r0x0r

I can't believe this. I am fuming right now. Why don't I have my laptop yet? March 2nd it's now March 31st, and it's still in Phase 8!

try this........................ Order Jan 2 Final "working" machine March 29. I would have given anything to be in a phase or two and extra week or more instead of the nightmare I just woke up from. So be patient and you will end up with a killer rig !

PS: calm down and don't fume... the wait is worth it. (just ask anyone that knows me around here)

Mine is not too different from yours Bill the only things i can spot is operating system i went for Pro, hard drive i went a single 80gb 7200rpm and i think you got a dvd write i only went cd write i think

apart from that just the extra's like headphones and carry case



i dont know where you ordered from i'm in england so the uk alienware may have shorter delays than your alienware unless your uk as well

Bill ...... Now that we are into the week ..... how is your 5700 coming along ... hopefully you will see some movement this week .....i am sure that there is nothing i can really say to make the wait go better .... but ensuring that aw gives you a clean machine without any problems has to somewhat reassuring for you ...... i hope ....hang tough

sorry man that sucks but at least it didn't come to you with the bad bit they found

just to add to my phase game i have still not received an email confirming it as shipped and giving a tracking number but i did call them yesterday and was told it had been shipped on saturday and i would have it wednesday

It shipped finally, but it looks like there's an estimated delivery date for Saturday, April 8th. I think I'll have to contact Alienware and change the ship location back to my home address since I won't be working on a Saturday.

mine just arrived and i gotta go back to work but i had it our and ITS GOD DAMN SEXY and yes my mam is now sick of that phrase as it has been used every 30 seconds since arrival

cant wait to finish work and get back to it
