You're entitled to your opinion. I have talked to him a few times, and he is pretty nice guy, but I can see how he rubs people the wrong way.
I think Steve Jobs is an arrogant megalomaniac, but I ackowledge his marketing prowess and vision.

The sad part is not that Dell aquired Alienware. It is unnerving to see so many corporate behemoths swallow up competitors and other business. I like competition and choice. It just typifies what is happening in America.
i buy from large companies but try to buy from the more personable and intimate "Mom and pop" stores and shops. If i can, I hit the hardware store over home Depot. I eat at a deli instead of Subway. Supporting small business is a thing I do.
Too much of our social fabric is "corporatized." I am still aghast at stadiums being named after corporations.
nonetheless, maybe AW can stay autonomous from Dell even though they are now a Dell "divison." SHould be a fascinating thing to see develop.
