Best Drivers for 8600/D800 with NVIDIA card?

I have a Dell Latitude D800 with the specs. listed in my signature. I would like to get the best possible graphics possible without disregarding quality. I know that there are the "Omega" drivers for ATI cards but i have the NVIDIA GeForce 4 TI 4200Go video card. What would be my best choice for video drivers for this card? I currently am using the latest Dell provided drivers, but those are months old by now. I know of a few sites that provide modded desktop drivers for laptops video cards. Where should I be looking?

Yeah, I have been to that site. I know that there are a few others, but don't know where exactly. Anyone?

Also, what types of results did you get with the modded INF's?

Its hard to say which drivers are best .. Depends on what your doing (graphics, games etc) and if gaming it depends on what games because certain drivers work better for certain games .. No hard fact that one drivers is all around the best ..
