cmos battery?

Hi All,
This my first post. I have a Satelliet 1405 series laptop that is about 4 years old. The clock in the system tray is losing time. I suspect that the cmos battery is going bad. Has anyone ever replaced this battery? I have many years of experience soldering and assembling pc boards, so I can do this repair. Where can I get a battery, and where in the system is it?

I think the RTC battery is plugged onto the sound card on that model (no soldering needed). There is a long thread on this page about how to disassemble laptops. Look at the start of the thread for wrere to look. It doesn't have the 1405, but I think the 1415 is similar. This is a place that sells parts:
