I have a for sale a brand spanking new never opened out the box apple macbook pro 2GHZ Intel Core DUO. It just arrived at my house the other day and its has never even been turned on. Got called oversea's and my wife got this for me for my birthday but I am selling it now because she isnt going to have any use for it because she has her desktop so why letting it sit around for a year. Any questions just email me!

This guy seems a bit fishy...i contacted him...he would never quite answer my questions. did not give me a phone number and requested mine....he gave me two bogus gmail address's as references. not saying he is a scammer but just a little cautious

I'm with BlueDevil on this - looks very fishy. He paid over $3K and is willing to sell for $2500? Definately looks like a red flag to me. At the very least he should be able to return it to Apple especially if it is unopened etc.

I would ask maybe to have him post the receipt or something. Or maybe see the serial number and check with Apple etc.

Maybe it's just an empty box...LOL...

yea and i responded to him...stating that i would do www.escorw.com and would he ship first since i have excellent feedback etc.....NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE FROM HIM....and his voice on my voice mail sounded a bit fishy too lol

yeah i emailed him to see if we could meet so i could pickup the laptop and he has not responded at all. I think it is pretty fishy. He says that the laptop is in Texas and that he is living in York, PA.

yea definitely a scammer....who would go down 1000 dollars on their price lol....and u know what pisses me off....he uses the army as a cloak to hide his dishonesty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He wanted a money order...lol there is absolutely no way in hell i am going to send someone i don't know a money order!
