Just upgraded from 512 to max 1256 memory ram.
NVidia Geforce 440 go 64mb video.

You do realize that he has a laptop, right? That's a desktop video card there; it won't fit. Actually, with that model laptop, you can't upgrade the video card.

Hey guys, I realized that was a desktop Video Card.
Does anyone know what I can upgrade to? From a Nvidia geforce go 4 64mb.
This is a NOTEBOOK HP zv5410.
How hard is it too upgrade a video card in a laptop?
You cant upgrade that to anythin, because the card first of all is soldered to the motherboard, and second of all, hp hasnt made any other cards that will fit in that notebook (granted if u can rip out the old one).

So unless u want to change the whole motherboard, then ur stuck with what u have.

But there are laptops that have removable video cards, and multiple cards that will fit in that slot, just not ur laptop, only a few select high end machines.

ive seen desktop questions being raised on general company forums before, people can have a desktop AND a laptop here, but you're right, i started it, so ill end it. END
